Where to find old model files?

Hello everyone,

How is it possible to find old model files somewhere?

Specifically, I need Spectre model files for HP 0.5 um

hi,
  You can find different old models in there manufacturer's site. like wise if you have one component which was manufactured by analog devices you can search on it web-add. http://products.analog.com/product_html/list_gen_spice.html
