Assura LVS passes incorrect (Read 3135 times)

Assura LVS passes incorrect

Whan running Assura second time for the same cell it sometimes shows correct results whan really there are errors.
I use Assura with the Virtuoso LE.

Why this is  the case and how the problem can be solved?

No idea. You should contact Cadence customer support via whatever is your normal support channel, because this doesn't sound right...
