Hello, if I want to estimate the offset voltage of an op amp, will it be more accurate if I run the Monte Carlo simulation on the extracted layout netlist (post-layout simu)? Thanks!

1.)MC can identify random mismatch
2.)Simulation with extracted view can identify systematic mismatch due to improper routings.
3.)You cannot check the mismatch due to improper placement
