how to plot voltage of all the vdd nodes
Nov 20th, 2005, 4:00am

I use spectre to do post simulation and I want to check
IR drop on vdd net.
The vdd net is RC extracted. so there are so many nodes on this net. To plot every node voltage by manually clicking on the av_analog_extracted layout is a terrible job.
Any good method to plot all the node voltage?

Another question:
I want to check electromigration rule.
I did post-sim with spectre. Can I get current density information for every metal wire segments and vias?

River,

Use VAVO, it is the Voltage Storm extensions for
Analog designers. It works with the back-annotated
simulation flow. You can display the IR drop on the
power supply rail.
