PCI-Express jitter frequency definition
Dec 16th, 2005, 9:14pm

Hi,

It looks there is no definition of the jitter frequency for PCI-Ex.

Then it is hard to know that phase noise should be integrated over what frequence range.

thanks,

Are you referring to the clock spec? If so there is a jitter white-paper on the pcisig site.

http://www.pcisig.com/specifications/pciexpress/technical_library/PCI_Express_Ji...

The actual spec is the PCIe CEM Spec but your company has to be a member to access it.
