IIP3 Measurement under HSPICE

Hi all,

There is someone who knows a way to measure IIP3 under hSPICE for an LNA in a AC analysis??

See the thread "noise in FFT waveform ..." under Circuit Simulators for a recent discussion on this topic. IP3 is a nonlinear effect and AC analysis doesn't apply, but the thread will give you some tips for getting decent results out of transient simulation.
