Hi,
I am a digital engineer so please excuse my foray into the analog forum....
I have a differential output driver, I have to isolate the outputs from the driver when my system is about to loose power. The outputs from the driver are ARINC 429 levels, this is an aerospace standard. The voltage levels on the output can range from +12V to -12V on each of the outputs of the differential driver. The frequency of the data is no more than 100KHz and there is no constraint on rise/fall times of the waveform. I have a dozen of these outputs on my board and I am space constrained which is why I am looking at a pass transistor solution.
My questions are 1) Is it possible with a pass transstor? 2) If so any solutions or pointers on where to start would be appreciated.
Thanks Calum
