import it in your document publishing program,
if it has an ps eps graphic import filter.
For schematics for publishing IEEE papers we use
Microsoft Visio, but there might be other good vector
drawing programs as well.

Bernd, thanks!
I find that the graphic ends up looking bad once I save it to EPS. It comes out much crisper if it's a BMP screencap.
I had a version of Visio before but it didn't seem to include the symbols one often sees in IEEE papers. I did a search and found that someone was selling a pack of symbols.
What version of Visio do you have and did you need to purchase any additional symbols to make your schematics?
Cheers,
