Hi Joey,

several interesting Ph.D. thesis on pipeline ADCs can be found on the web site of Prof. Gray's group at UC Berkeley:

Of course there are also a couple of interesting books around, like
http://www.designers-guide.org/Books/#vanDePlassche-2003
but the thesis frequently contain more design information.
