IIP3 calculation

Hi all,
For fast IIP3 calculation of LNA - Mixer pair, I am feeding a 2 tone signal with 3 MHz difference between them. Then I do the PSS analysis and find the IIP3 using the formuls given in the
http://www.designers-guide.org/Analysis/intercept-point.pdf
.
Now
To calculate the IIP3 do I use the db20 or dbm function in cadence?

Hi,
Usually the IIP3 is plotted in dBm so you know what the IIP3 is wrt input power. So if you want the IIP3 in terms of power then you could use the dBm option.
Regards.
