I wanted to buy PLLs where the phase detector is Type I . I wanted to know whether they are available for operating frequencies around 2.5  - 5 Ghz. If not what is the maximum frequency range for which they are avaibale. If someone has used them do let me know the part numbers etc. would be very helpful..
