You can just use a DDA kind of comparator. One such example may be found in Liu et al., JSSC ,May 2005, pp. 1047-1056.
It is not fully dynamic as it has a preamp to provide some immunity to comparator kickback, but you can adapt it if you
don't want that sort of a thing.
