offset cancellation of comparators/opamps
Apr 06th, 2006, 8:09am

Hi,

I know of a couple of different schemes for offset cancellation of comparators/opamps, but would be interested in
knowing if there is any paper or book where a review of various methods for offset cancellation is presented.

Thanks
Vivek

You might want to check out the book "Principles of Data Conversion  System" by Razavi. Hope it helps.

Vivek,

may I refer you to a previous post with various reading material suggestions:

Do these cover your issues?

Hello Vivek

There is good article that treats this topic "Circuit Techniques for Reducing the Effects of Op-Amp Imperfections: Autozeroing, Correlated Double Sampling, and Chopper Stabilization" by Christian Enz & Gabor Temes.

Hope it will help.

Good luck.

Pavel.
