current measurement in hspice ---issue
Apr 07th, 2006, 6:53pm

Hello all,

I was measuring the current through a source. So when the current is flowing in to the souce it should plot positive current but it plots the current is negative.
I am attaching the circuit which I am talking about.
Please let me know what the problem is?

Thank you,
c

You might want to check your Hspice manual on sign conventions.  Eg, I recall that current into a MOS drain is positive, but current *out* of the source is positive.
