Checks prior to Tape out (Read 3242 times)

I would like to know about the manual checks prior to tapeout, which the DRC does not perform. for instance 1) Electromigaration (Current Densities and/or Via Densities) 2) Latchup. Any other things that one need to know of ??

how can you check electromigration? do you have any good tools?
