Dear Sir:

I need help to find a voltage controlled source
whose frequency can be adjusted by <VTUNE>
with  rail-to rail (square wave) output.

Or say it is a VCO with square-wave output.

in ADE environment.

Thanks in advance. Huh

Try the vco in ahdlLib supplied by cadence. It is a veriloga view. you modify the code for you own needs, or stick an inverter/limiter on the output to get your square wave.

There are also Verilog-A VCO models at www.designers-guide.org/VerilogAMS/.
