ADS have many sources and methods to generate random data.

For example, use "VtLFSR_DT" component if you use only ADS simulator
since it can't be available in Spectre.

Also you can use custom Verilog-A code to generate random sequence.
You can see examples in ahdlLib in cadence software distribution.
