Hello,

I want to convert Level=53 MOSFET model in ELDO into HSPICE. They are basically the same, just my HSPICE does not know
DIOLEV
ALEV
DCAPLEV
RLEV
parameters. Does anybody know to which HSPICE parameters do they correspond? ALEV + DIOLEV probably correspond somehow to ACM, DCAPLEV maybe to CAPOP (????).
Does somebody know this?
Any hint, where can I find ELDO Level=53 model description?
