Chip level Electron Migration Tools
Sep 15th, 2006, 11:20am

Hi,

I am looking for options for a tool that can perfom electron migration limit checks on my layout.  I have the foundry limits and I have the circuit's current values.  Any ideas?  The only one I know of right now is Synopsys' Jupiter tool.

Thanks,

Rod

I'd never heard of that one..
Cadence has Electron Storm and VAVO - VAEO for analog centric (takes assura RCX and spectre simulation results to find issues.
ElectronStorm is the normal solution for digital standard cell based design.
