Hello

I have to design a digital prescaler at 10 GHz on ADS with a HBT. If some one has the experience in making the prescaler,  Please help me. If any body has some material regarding the prescaler design. Send it to me.

What's your division ratio? A divide-by-2 prescaler is simply realized as two d-latches in a negative feedback loop.
