Hi,
  I want to get a current reference which has little dependence on temperature and power suplly. Who can help me?

Hi,

You may also use this article or its references:

R. Dehghani, "A new low voltage precision CMOS current reference with no external components" (JSSC, Volume 50,  Issue 12,  Dec. 2003 Pages:928 - 932 )

It is especially interesting for low temp dependance.
