There is this new book of Sansen available "Analog Design Essentials". Chapter 13 deals with Transimpedance amplifiers, feedback & current amplifiers.
The book is a collection of the Power Point slides the author uses at short courses. Every slide comes with an additional descriptive text with information that Sansen would normally mention during the course.
