common mode input of swit-cap amplifier

Please see the attached circuit.
I was struglling to set up the common mode input dc level of switcap gain circuit. Most of the cuitcuit analysis just give the ac analysis. I intended to set up the bias through M1 and M3, but it doesn't work. any suggestions?

I guess the voltage at c,d and the input and output common voltage are not the same as the voltage at a,b.If so,the results are reasonable.
