Calulator mode
Jan 19th, 2007, 7:27am

I am wondering how to select the cadence calculator mode (SKILL or MDL). I know run wavescan -expr SKILL can select SKILL mode. But when I run calculator from icfb Tools menu, can I select the mode? Thanks.

When you invoke the calculator from within DFII, it will always be in SKILL mode, because it is intended to be used with ADE, which expects SKILL expressions.

Regards,

Andrew.

Type wavescan -expr mdl on the command line to get the MDL results browser.
From there, you can launch the calculator in MDL mode
