MI question is the following: Does anyone knows if the BNTUB layer from a bipolar SiGe transistor should be coneccted to the ground?? If this is true, how I do?? Thanks very much.

PS: the technology used is AMS with the HIT_KIT 3.7. The software used is CADENCE.
