How to access Gm or Gmb
Feb 19th, 2007, 5:05pm

Hi,

Can you please tell me how to access the Gm or Gmb of a transistor instantiated in the schematic of ADS so that we can plot it again Ids, width etc. ?

I don't want to create equation for Gm or Gmb.. there's a way it can be accesed because the simulator calculates it.

thanks,

Just save operation point with brief or detail mode.
This is true for both ADS native and RFDE.
