Error Message in AMS
Feb 23rd, 2007, 12:53pm

I am using Cadence AMS to simulate a dff, and got the following error message when run the simuation:

ncsim(1)
*E, RNAERR (No HDL source, 0|0): Simulation is complete, analog initialization error.
-------------
The analog simulator detected an unrecoverable error condition during
run-time initialization. Simulation cannot proceed.

But if I use verilog model for dff, it runs fine. It only happans when I switch to spectre model.

Thanks.

I found some warning message during netlist:

Warning: Parameter "pam1" found in "instParameters" list of AMS
simulation information (mapped to "pam1" in CDF)
does not exist in base cell CDF ("cmrf8sf" "nfet").
Warning: Parameter "pam2" found in "instParameters" list of AMS
simulation information (mapped to "pam2" in CDF)
does not exist in base cell CDF ("cmrf8sf" "nfet").

where can I find the "instParameters" list of AMS simulation information?
