designing 75 ohm preamplifer
Mar 10th, 2007, 3:19am

All the s parameters r available in 50 ohms. The noise figure GO, rn is also available in 50 ohms. Now i want to design 75 ohm input output preamplifier. I wish to start design with the help of quicksmith.
Should i input the 50 ohms s parameters & just change chart parameter to 75 ohms or any other method?
what to do with noise parameters of 50 ohms?
Suggest how should i start for designing for 75 ohm input output?

I think that in quiksmith there's an option to change the characteristic Impedande(Zo) to any value that you need, so I think that you can design without any problem.
