A problem of running SpectreRF PSS sweep
Apr 11th, 2007, 8:42pm

Hi All,

I'm simulating a switch cap array circuit using spectreRF pss and psp analysis, use a dc source to control the switch on or off. I set the sweep range of dc voltage for a large number and a smaller number, and the result of psp y11 versus the dc source voltage has serious difference at some part of the two curve. The smaller sweep range is right but the larger sweep range at the same part is wrong. The sweep step is same for two simulation. Why?

Thank you so much.
