Vt plot using Spectre
Apr 26th, 2007, 2:36am

Hi all,
Pardon me if this is a repeated question and also for asking this very basic question.

Can anybody help for this. how to plot the Vt of the transistor in spectre during dc sweep.

I used in Eldo simulation the following statement
PLOT VT(XMx.Mx), but the same is not working with spectre.

Kindly let me know how this can be done.

Thanks and Regards,
SBR

There are countless posts on this subject (well, other operating points at least, for example gm).

Rather than repeating myself, please use the search facility in the forum.

Andrew.
