How to get the valuse of harmoic by SpectreRF?
Jul 31st, 2007, 1:26am

Hi,
I meet a problem.
I am design a frequency doubler now.
I have to see the output power of fundamental(fo, unwanted) frequency and 2nd harmonic(2fo, wanted).
How do I easily to see these two value at the same time with SpectreRF?

you can either run a transient analysis and do an FFT on the output voltage from the calculator, or run a PSS analysis with 2 or more harmonics and view the output voltage.
