Convergence problem in system level sim. of DCR
Aug 16th, 2007, 12:41pm

Hi all,

I'm simulating a direct conversion receiver consists of LNA, Mixer, Pre AMp, LPF and Limiting Amp. I used PSS PXF PNoise to see overal gain and NF. However the PSS simulation does not converge. I was using Moderate as tolerance, I changed it to libarel and conservative but both gave same convergence problem. Can you please suggest what else I can do?

Thanks

Read the suggestions it gives you when it doesn't converge, and read the documentation. It's hard to answer without more information... there are potentially ots of things that could cause convergence failure.

Regards,

Andrew.
