Hi,

I am trying to use the VerilogA HICUM device model for my project (HICUM model from http://www.iee.et.tu-dresden.de/iee/eb/hic_new/hic_intro.html).
I observe that there exists multiple operation points for this model (version 2.21). I was wondering if anyone else has  observed the same? Kindly let me know.
