Mixer input impedance
Nov 21st, 2007, 7:28pm

Hi all,

I wish to simulate the input impedance of a mixer. I intend to do a PSS + PSP analysis, and view Z11. In the PSP analysis form, what values for the frequency and harmonic should I choose?

My input frequency is 2.45 GHz and the LO is 2.452 GHz. So should I set the frequency as 2 MHz or 2.45 GHz?

thanks,
Aaron
