zhujun134 Junior Member Offline Posts: 13	question of noise summary Nov 22^nd, 2007, 12:58am hi,everyone; i use the spectreRF to simulate the circuit noise,getting the noise summary.but i can not understand the mean of parameter.it include fn,ic,id,rd,rs and so on. can you explain these parameter for me?thank you in advance!

Hi, fn for flick noise, id for noise drain current, rd for thermal noise at the drain, .... but I dont know what's ic for.
