how can work under very low supply?new project

dear all,

i will design a new chip whose supply maybe low to 0.9v.
then for those OPA, Bandgap, Comparator what can i do?
1. which process, bipolar or cmos or bicmos;
2. which OPA structure? any speacial consideration?

who has the experience of such low circuit? please help.

forgot one thing:

this is a analog IC not digital.
