I have some BSIM3 spice models intended for use with ELdo. There are some parameters in the models that my simulator does not recognize. So, I am trying to understand what the paramters are and see if my simulator just has a different name for the same parameter, or not!

Here they are:
1)  flkflag   this appears i n the beginning of the mod model file
2)  pg      has something to do with source/drain diodes I think
3)  dcaplev   has something to do with source/drain diodes I think
4)  alev      also has something to do with source/drain diodes I think

If yo uknow anything that could help it would be greatly appreciated! Also, if you know of any good online version s of the Eldo user mnaul/mode manual that would be tremendously helpful!
