aoout inductor on chip

Dear guys,
recently I met a strange issue, the inductor value between 5_01_00_*and 6_02_00_* metal stack keep invariable? i think it is not been acceptable and the ind value using more layers metal should be larger. what do u think and i want to know what elements decide the ind value on chip:-?

I can't understand your question.
What do you mean by 5_01_00_*and 6_02_00_* metal stack ?
These are inductor cell's name in your design kit, aren't they ?
