I design circuit with Spectre in weak and moderate inversion. I use bsim3v3 model. When I do a dc operating point I can know the operating region of a transistor by locking at the "flag" region. This "flag" can take the value 0,1,2,3 or 4. I would like to know which are the limits that Spectre uses to differentiate a region from a other.
