Hi all,

I am new to designing and testing ADCs.
I have desigined a slow 5Bit ADC, which is similar to a sucessive approximation type. i am in btw my master thesis.

Now I would like to test for static parameters like gain , offset, INL and DNL.

It would be great, if any one could guide me in this, or direct me to a topic or reference.

i hve extracted the values of the bits and vin to matlab and got a nice step, i did a sweep on vin for 1500 steps.
