IR THz TX schematic? (Read 2640 times)

dynamics2004 New Member Offline Posts: 2	IR THz TX schematic? Sep 04^th, 2008, 8:18am I am looking for an infrared transmitter (200-500 THz) schematic. I need to be able to vary the output or easily vary the components.

dynamics2004 New Member Offline Posts: 2	Re: IR THz TX schematic? Reply #2 - Sep 11^th, 2008, 12:52pm I want to generate and transmit a 200-500 THz signal a distance of ~30 feet. I've never done anything this high before so I'm looking for an existing schematic.
