Hi All,
I am first time working on a cyclic TDC ( time to digital converter) where I have as input a pulse which shrinks by a value per cycle and the output is an 8 bit digital code. I use a 8-bit ripple counter to measure the generated code.

Can anybody sugguest how should I measure the accuracy of this TDC using Spectre.
