jitter simulation  in hspice

there are two problems confuse me

First ,we konw we can use cosmoscope to calculate the total jitter by eye diagram through tran simulation, but the result is too big to discredit it.for example i calculate the jitter of a ideal pseudo-random numbers ,the total jitter is as high as 115ps. the netlist and calculation picture is as follow
.option probe
V_V2         IN 0  LFSR (-1 1 5n 0.01p 0.01p 4G 21 [21,2] rout=100)
R1 IN 0 100
.tran 0.01n 100n
.probe tran V(IN)
.end
[img][/img]
how to explain this result?

second ,how to  calculate DJ and RJ respectively?

thank you for your attention in advance!
