how to write transient data of a particular node to a file (in text format) in cadence spectre? (EX : if it is voltage waveform, how to output Volatge vs time inforamtion in to a file(in text format))

Easily done with Verilog-A. Just use a strobe statement in the analog block.

Print it with the Calculator in the Analog Design Environment.
