Stuck with the DCmatch analysis in Cadence?
Oct 19th, 2008, 5:40am

CryOur process does not have the parameter for dcmatch in the model card, especially mvtwl. So I just mannuly add one paremeter mvtwl after the orignal model card. The problem in the DC simualtion this newly added paremeter can not be recognized and printed out still to be zero. And also in the dcmatch result it only display zero. Can someome help me out?
Thank you very much!

It looks interesting to run a dcmatch analysis for an opamp or a comparator. Do you have any manual or tutorials on the dcmatch analysis? Thank you.

If you search on sourcelink for "dcmatch appnote" you'll find an application note on this. I think this is probably part of the documentation nowadays though.

Andrew.
