calibre paracitics extraction PEX - where to find those extracted component

Hello,

I have extracted my layout. In the extracted file, I tried to match something like
"XX251/X59/D024" with the layout and schematic itself. However, it does not exist in layout or schematic. So anyone here encounted similiar issue before could help to find out what or where "XX251/X59/D024" really is ?

If the layout have passed LVS, please descend into the sub-circuit XX251 -> X59 -> D204 one by one.
