This is so called dickinson charge pump. Anyone knows how this circuit works or there is any weblink regarding this? Thanks

Did you try google? I found several good references, even if you give the name as dickinson instead of Dickson (which is what it should be called). Just searching with "dickinson charge pump" or "dickson charge pump" gives:

But there are plenty of others.
