Cascode Current Source

I need a simple model in verilog for a cascode current source used in DACs.  I used a simple RC equation before but it doesnt do the job.  Is there one around?  I just need it to speed up my simulation times.

How about
V(bitbias) <+ VdssatIbmirror;
I(out) <+ I(bitbias)*transition(dac_code, 0, tr, tf);
?
I'm noting that you asked for Verilog, while I answered in Verilog-A.
Adjust to fit your design actual architecture.
