power dissipation in RLC networks
Feb 22nd, 2009, 8:51pm

Hi,
I am very new to this group...here my query
The circuit equivalent of the interconnect consists of:

1) initially a driver ( a pmos-nmos pair)

2) R,L,C

3) a repeater  ( again a pmos-nmos pair)

4)R,L,C

and so on and finally a capacitive load

This schematic is extracted in to t-spice and i am suppose to find out the power dissipation in the circuit.

I want the exact command to find the total power dissipation which includes short circuit power, leakage power, dynamic power

or at least to calculate the average power of the entire circuit.

could anyone please give answers ASAP,
Thanks

Sorry, I've never used t-spice.
