Well, are you using IC613 (i.e. the latest Hotfix version, or the update version - I would really recommend going for the latest hotfix)?

If so, you should use the latest ASSURA32 version for 6.1.3. If you look on downloads.cadence.com under ASSURA32 you'll see various versions for different releases (for 6.1.1, for 6.1.2, for 6.1.3 and for CDB (i.e. IC5141)). Pick the most recent one - this is currently the Hotfix version:

13 Mar 2009 ASSURA03.20.018, Version: ASSURA32USR2HF5OA_613

By the way, this is posted in completely the wrong board...
